What is Cupcakes4Less?
We are a custom cupcakery located in Philadelphia, specializing in custom cupcakes, cupcake towers and cupcake centerpieces. The cupcakery was founded in 2010 by Local Mom, Tracy B. You may have seen the TV show Ace of Cakes. Well, we're trying to be aces of cupcakes. It's crazy--we know.
How did the bakery get started?
Tracy started making cupcakes and towers for friends and family, after lots of praise she started posting pictures of her cupcakes on the internet and got a huge response. Before she knew it, orders were coming in and that’s how Cupcakes4Less was born.
Where did you come up with the name Cupcakes4Less?
Tracy was talking about the cupcakery idea with her family. They were narrowing down names when Tracy’s oldest child said, “Mom you make cupcakes for less” Needless to say after some tweaking we settled on Cupcakes4Less. The entire purpose of starting a cupcakery is to give everyday people the chance to get AFFORDABLE FANCY GREAT TASTING CUPCAKES!
How did Tracy learn to bake?
Tracy has taught herself the fine art of baking cupcakes and deocrating. She has a keen eye for detail and goes above and beyond on every single cupcake. Tracy’s dream is to have two retail locations.....One in Philadelphia and One at the Jersey Shore.
